Yootha Tiki Yong-

Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 11 year old Yootha has multiple talents. She is an avid story teller and has participated in story telling competitions in Malaysia since she was 6 years old. She has won English essay competitions and she writes poetry as well. From the age of 3 ½ she has been practicing classical ballet and does solo performances such as Beauty and the Beast, and group ballet performances, especially at the Rotary Club in Kuala Lumpur. She took up violin since she was 6 and has taken lesson with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra. Two years ago she started taking piano lessons and creative writing classes. She has already acted in two Peter Pan West End musicals held in Kuala Lumpur. She scores distinctions in her academic and extra-curricular pursuits throughout. She won an art competition of the Lions Club and is currently participating in national competitions in storytelling and classical ballet. In 2008, she was also the finalist for the Miss Disney Princess Pageant Competition.
