Saudi Arabia Responsible Competitiveness Index
The Saudi Responsible Competitiveness Index analyses how Saudi companies are building competitive advantage by managing their social and environmental impacts.
It looks beyond community projects and corporate responsibility programmes to understand how firms are attracting and retaining employees, implementing strong environmental policies and working with suppliers. Responsible competitiveness strategies are enabling companies to manage risks, enhance productivity, build brand value and unlock new sources of innovation.
The Saudi Responsible Competitiveness Index is led by the King Khalid Foundation and Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA). It is supported by the international think-tank AccountAbility who has developed an internationally-benchmarked methodology, customized for local conditions in the Kingdom, and designed to promote learning in participating companies.
The three strongest performers on the Index – those companies that have made the most progress at aligning core operations to environmental and social development - will win a King Khalid Responsible Competitiveness Award.
