Intro on Arts at the GCF
The art gallery at the GCF was established in 2009 to complement the main programming at the GCF and to highlight SAGIA’s efforts to drive strategic cultural initiatives and stimulate artistic and cultural activity in Saudi Arabia. By showcasing the artwork of emerging contemporary Saudi Artists in this year’s exhibit, we aim to reflect the creative and innovative potential of the country that is often overlooked and communicate it to receptive and curious audience. We aim to continue to develop exciting programming as part of the “Arts at the GCF” initiative and position it as a platform for regional and international exhibitions as part of the GCF’s future plans.
