Fostering Entrepreneurship Babson College WORKSHOP
The workshop on Fostering Entrepreneurship will be based on numerous experiences throughout the world, as well as actual intervention projects in Latin America and MENA being conducted since 2010 by the Babson Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Project. The workshop will help participants understand (a) the six domains of a strong entrepreneurship ecosystem, (b) some of the core principles for how to evolve strong entrepreneurship ecosystems, and (c) how the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Strategy complements, and sometimes contradicts, the use of common policies and programs such as angel networks, business clusters, small business funding, innovation systems, and venture incubators.
